RETURNS & REFUNDS
We strive to make the best products available to you and hope that you will be satisfied with every item purchased from us, but on the off chance the product you ordered arrived faulty, we will happily replace or refund it to you.
Any item may be returned within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long it remains unused with all packaging and labels intact.
Please note: earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
How do I return an item from my order?

If you wish to return an item from your order, before sending it back, please first contact us at support@kaiyajewellery.com

Please send to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition, with your: NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER, and the CODE NUMBER of the item you are returning and the reason. You can find the code number of your items on the invoice you received with your order.

Check if the products have securely packed.

Please keep your proof of postage safe to keep. This will ensure we can help you should something go wrong.

Once our team has received your email return request, We will process them quickly and conveniently as possible.

A typical refund will take 14-21 days to be processed, but it might take up to 30 days during busier times to reach your bank account.

Note: We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.
