United Kingdom

Free standard delivery on orders over £40. Orders under £40 ship for a flat rate of £2.95. Delivery takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

United States

Free shipping on orders over £75. Delivery takes 7–12 working days. A tracking link will be sent to your email once dispatched.

Rest of World

We ship internationally. Delivery takes 7–15 working days depending on your location, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking is included with every order.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@kaiyalondon.com with your order number. We'll walk you through it.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
