Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the EU and the United States.
United Kingdom
Free standard delivery on orders of £35 or more. Orders under £35 ship for a flat rate of £2.99. Delivery takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
EU and United States
Free shipping on orders of £75 or more. Orders under £75 ship for a flat rate of £6.95. Delivery takes 7–12 working days. A tracking link will be sent to your email once dispatched. EU and US customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs; these aren't included in our prices.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item, including sale items, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unopened in their sealed packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@kaiyalondon.com with your order number. We'll walk you through it.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Jewellery Care
Every piece is 18K gold PVD on 316L stainless steel, so it's made to be worn every day — in the shower, at the gym and while you sleep.
- Rinse in fresh water after swimming in chlorine or the sea, and pat dry.
- Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion directly onto your pieces.
- Store pieces separately so they don't scratch each other.
- Give them a gentle wipe with a soft cloth now and then. No special cleaning kit needed.
- Keep away from harsh chemicals like bleach and acetone.
