Terms of service
These terms apply when you use kaiyalondon.com or buy from us. The site is operated by Kaiya London (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly listed in error; if so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings. Our pieces are 18K gold PVD on 316L stainless steel, not solid gold.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and your rights
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
6. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or not as described, email hello@kaiyalondon.com and we’ll replace or refund it, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
7. Using our website
All content on this site, including photos and text, belongs to Kaiya London and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your home part of the UK.
