Refund policy

We want you to love your Kaiya London jewellery. If you don't, here's how returns work.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you'd like to return it, for any reason. This includes sale items. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unopened in their sealed packaging.

To start a return, email hello@kaiyalondon.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days (usually 5–10 working days). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email hello@kaiyalondon.com with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Exchanges

 

Want a different style or size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded once used.
