Every piece of Kaiya London jewellery is built to last — and we put our money where our mouth is. If your jewellery tarnishes, discolours, fades, or causes a skin reaction, we'll replace it. No time limit. No fine print. No questions.

What's Covered

Tarnishing or discolouration — If your piece changes colour, loses its gold finish, or develops dark spots under normal wear, it's covered.

Skin reactions — If your Kaiya piece causes a rash, irritation, or green discolouration on your skin, it's covered. Our jewellery is made from medical-grade, hypoallergenic titanium steel — this shouldn't happen. If it does, we want to know and we'll make it right.

PVD coating failure — If the PVD gold coating chips, peels, or flakes under normal daily wear, it's covered.

What's Not Covered

Physical damage — Bending, snapping, or crushing from force or impact. Our jewellery is tough, but it's not indestructible.

Loss or theft — We can't replace what we can't see. Keep your pieces safe.

Intentional misuse — Exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals like bleach, acetone, or industrial cleaners.

Normal patina — Very minor surface changes from years of daily wear. This is natural and doesn't affect the integrity of your piece.

How It Works

1. Get in touch — Email us at hello@kaiyalondon.co.uk with your name and a photo of the affected piece.

2. No receipt needed — We don't ask for proof of purchase. If it's a Kaiya piece, it's covered.

3. We replace it — We'll send you a brand-new replacement. If the exact style has been discontinued, we'll offer you an alternative of equal or greater value.

Most claims are processed within 3-5 working days.

Every Kaiya London piece is finished in PVD gold — the same vacuum-sealed coating technology used on luxury watches and medical implants. Unlike traditional gold plating that sits on the surface, PVD bonds at a molecular level. It doesn't flake, fade, or react with your skin.

Our base metal is ultra-pure, medical-grade titanium steel — bio-compatible and completely hypoallergenic. It's the same material used in surgical instruments and body-safe implants.
